1月20日，TikTok应用分析师Sam Schmir（和媒体评论员 Matt Navarra）在其社交媒体上发布了两张TikTok页面截图，并称TikTok开设问答新功能，创作者可以在自己的个人资料中添加“问&答”选项，粉丝可以在这个界面中留下问题，创作者可以通过视频，或者直播的方式进行解答。

On January 20, tiktok application analyst Sam Schmir (and media commentator Matt Navarra) released two screenshots of tiktok's page on its social media, saying that tiktok has opened a new Q & a function. Creators can add "Q & a" option to their personal data, fans can leave questions in this interface, and creators can use video, Or live.

具体来讲，当创建者选择启用“问&答”功能后，粉丝可以通过创建者的个人资料提出问题，随后创建者便可以在评论部分看到新的问与答图标。

当创建者点击图标后，就可以看到粉丝所提出的问题。

粉丝的这些问题可以作为创作者下一个视频的灵感来源。这个问题列表是公开的，这意味所有用户都可以看到粉丝提出的问题以及创作者的回答，这可以增加用户讨论的积极性。

一些人认为TikTok直播完全可以满足用户“问&答”的需求，此次新功能的增加或许是多此一举。
