IT之家11月12日消息TikTok在与特朗普政府就这款视频应用在美国的未来进行的斗争中，还有 后一个重要的障碍需要克服—— 后期限即将到来，却没有明确的解决方案。

根据特朗普总统令，TikTok必须在11月12日之前剥离美国业务。但其提出的交易，即接受甲骨文和沃尔玛的投资，并成立一家新公司，尚未获得监督谈判的政府机构的绿灯。

据彭博报道，美国财政部发言人Monica Crowley 11月11日在一份声明中表示，财政部“仍着力于依照总统签署的8月14日命令，就字节跳动收购Musical.ly引起的 安全风险达成解决方案”。Crowley说，财政部“在达成解决方案所必要的步骤方面已与字节跳动明确”。她建议有关未决诉讼的问题去询问美国司法部。

据IT之家了解，美国当地时间11月10日，TikTok在哥伦比亚特区上诉法院提起诉讼，并向法院申请停止美国总统特朗普8月14日发布的总统令，该命令强制要求字节跳动公司在11月12日前剥离TikTok美国业务。

10月30日，美国宾夕法尼亚州地区法官裁定，阻止美商务部关于TikTok的禁令在11月12日生效。美商务部此前以保护美国 安全为由，禁止TikTok在美境内的相关交易，内容包括禁止通过美国移动应用商店发布或维护TikTok等。
